OUR SHIPPING POLICIES
We ship Christmas Crackers to locations within the Continental United States only. Orders are shipped from our distribution center in North Carolina. We use a number of carriers but primarily UPS and USPS . At the time of checkout you will be presented with the available shipment methods. Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the method of shipping you selected, your address and the number of items in your shopping cart combined with the total weight and box dimensions required to ship your order. You can see these charges during the checkout process.
Same Day Shipping
Orders placed by 4pm Eastern Time (business days) usually ship the same day. Large quantity orders typically take longer.
Expected Delivery Dates
For most shipping methods we provide an estimated delivery date. This date is our best estimate of when your order will be delivered based on what we know at that time. That date however is not a guarantee. It's important to note we do not offer refunds for the sale of Christmas Crackers unless the merchandise was damaged in transit. In those situations we may request photos of the damage to include the outer packaging so we may file a claim with the carrier.
Free Shipping Offer
We offer FREE ground shipping on Christmas Cracker orders based on your merchandise order total and the location. The threshold to qualify for free shipping depends on your ship-to location but generally, orders shipped to locations east of the Mississippi will qualify for free shipping on orders of $99 or more. Locations west of the Mississippi require at least $149. If your "ship to" address qualifies, you'll see the FREE ground shipping option offered at checkout when you make your shipping method selection. Not all ship to addresses will qualify for free shipping promotions.
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund less shipping charges. Additionally, if the package was refused for delivery, we will also assess a 15% re-stocking fee. We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you want to purchase items that were returned as undeliverable, you may place a new order.
If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after four weeks from the expected delivery date, please contact us via our CONTACT US link. Be sure to select the 'Order Related' reason code from the drop-down list.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Most of the carriers we use will make three attempts to deliver a package. It is generally up to the driver's discretion to determine whether a signature is required. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us. We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you want to purchase items that were returned as undeliverable, you may place a new order.
