We offer two options for our international customers. We have partnered with Bongo International and iShopUSA - both are trusted third-party companies to fulfill orders for our international customers. If you live outside the United States, you may purchase from our website using either one of these international shipping services. Depending upon which international shipper you choose, the process to checkout varies. See below information for each shipper.

     
iShop USA

The iShop USA international checkout service is integrated with our shopping cart. Simply place any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the "International Checkout" option which appears at the bottom of the shopping cart page. The items will automatically be transferred into an iShopUSA cart. To complete the transaction, follow the instructions on the iShopUSA website. iShop USA international customers may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. iShopUSA will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Once your order is completed, all inquires about your order should be directed to the iShopUSA Customer Service Department. Bongo International

Bongo International offers our international visitors the ability to make purchases from our website. The steps to checkout on our site using the Bongo International service are as follows:

1) Sign up for Bongo’s Mail Forwarding Service
2) Request Bongo’s Personal Shopper Service
3) Enter the URL of the items you wish to purchase from our site into the Bongo online system.
4) Bongo will make the purchase on www.HalloweenExpress.com on your behalf and ship the items to you.

While the Bongo International checkout process takes a little longer, depending upon where you live and the items you purchase, the process can save customers up to 80% off typical international shipping rates. Once your order is completed, all inquires about your order should be directed to the Bongo International Customer Service Department.
