Redeeming Your Credit Voucher

A Credit Voucher can be used just like money on our site. Credit Vouchers are sent to you via email by our Customer Service department and contain a unique code which has a monetary value. Before you can use your Credit Voucher to make a purchase, it has to be redeemed. The process of redeeming your Credit Voucher simply adds the value of the voucher to your account which you can then use as payment during the checkout process. There are three ways you can redeem your Credit Voucher:

1. In the email you recieve with the Credit Voucher code there will be a redemption link. Simply click on this link to redeem the voucher. At that point the dollar value of the voucher will be added to your account and you can then apply that dollar amount to a purchase during the checkout process.

2. Log into your account, click on the MY ACCOUNT icon found in the top right hand corner of every page of our site, scroll down to the section labeled MY Credit VoucherS and click on the word REDEEM next to the Credit Voucher.

3. During the checkout process you can enter your Credit Voucher code on the Payment Information page. The value of the Credit Voucher will be applied to that purchase.

Once you have redeemed your Credit Voucher, you can then apply the value of the voucher to purchases made on our website. The value of Credit Vouchers can be applied to the total amount due - including shipping, handling and tax where applicable.

Using Your Credit Voucher to Make a Purchase

Unlike coupons, a Credit Voucher's balance can be applied to multiple purchases over time. Any unused portion of a Credit Voucher will remain in your account. The Credit Voucher balance you have in your account can then be applied to any purchase you make with us. To use the Credit Voucher balance in your account, during the checkout process simply click the box to apply the balance to your purchase. If you haven't yet redeemed your Credit Voucher and you wish to make a purchase, you can redeem your Credit Voucher and apply it to your purchase at the same time. To do so, simply enter the Credit Voucher code in the box provided on the Payment Information page as shown above and proceed with checking out (don't check the box to apply existing Credit Voucher balance because at that point you don't have an existing GV balance.).

If the Credit Voucher amount you have in your account exceeds the amount of the entire order (including shipping / sales tax), click on the "CONTINUE" button at the bottom of the page to proceed with your purchase (the difference will remain in your account for a future purchase). If the Credit Voucher amount is less than the amount of your purchase, enter your credit card information in the section labeled "Credit Card". The balance will be charged to your credit card. Then, click on the "CONTINUE" button at the bottom of the page to complete your transaction.
