You can chat live with one of our representatives by clicking on the Live Support link. If you've never used Live Chat before, it's simple - similar to using instant messaging. Once you click on the link to the right you will be asked to select the department you wish to chat with. Your request will then be placed into a queue for the next available representative. Once a representative is available, a session will be opened between your PC and our customer service center. You can then "chat" with one of our representatives by typing your questions.
If our Live Support representatives are "offline", you can still leave us a message by clicking on the Live Support icon.
